Auburn Station Apartments knows the meaning of "home".  By going above and beyond for tenants, operating from a place of integrity, and maintaining a property that has become a sanctuary and respite from the toils of a busy day.  Auburn Station Apartments is a place I proudly call home.  Thank you

We cannot think of a better place to live in the city of Allentown than Auburn Station Apartments.  Management has worked hard to create an amazing environment to live in and also done a great job of keeping it up as well as improving upon it.  Our pets love it here.  Other residents are respectful and friendly.
It is an oasis after a long day at work.  We would highly recommend living here.

When we moved from out of state, choosing Auburn Station was one of our smartest decisions. From the very beginning, Amy and Scott were extremely responsive, highly professional and detailed, and just plain nice people. The apartments themselves are spacious and both unique and beautiful. Of the very few repair issues we had, the solutions were always fixed asap with minimal interference to our dogs and our work-from-home schedules.  Auburn feels a bit like an oasis - when you are there, the city feels a distant memory - plenty of open green space, spots to sit and enjoy the outdoors in the privacy and security of a large fenced property.  We gardened in our own garden plot, used the maintained dog parks, never had an issue with snow removal or plowing and always felt very safe with the perimeter fencing and security cameras. Can't recommend a better place!

I recently moved to the Allentown area for a new job, and out of all of the places I looked at, Auburn Station was definitely the most unique, attractive, and inviting place I found. I was shown a few available apartments in one of the two buildings, and I really appreciated how each one was unique in its own way. It's very cool living in an old building that has be very beautifully restored to modern apartments while leaving a lot of the existing structural features intact. Everyone I have had to visit loves the look of the buildings, inside and out. The property manager, Amy, is incredibly polite and courteous, and she was very helpful in making sure my move-in process went smoothly. It's always a pleasure running into her around the complex, and she seems to know every tenant well it is apparent that she cares about the satisfaction of everyone living in the apartments. The whole place is very well-maintained and secure - It's nice having an off-street gated lot and knowing there are security cameras in use all around the complex. During my first winter here, the snow removal has been prompt and thorough, even when we had a significant snowstorm. The tenants seem to be mostly younger professionals, and everyone I have met so far has been very friendly. It isn't in the center of the city, which I personally prefer, but it is just a short drive to downtown Allentown, many points of interest in the area, and I-78, which makes getting around easy. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Auburn Station to anyone who values these characteristics in an apartment complex.

Auburn Station Apartments was extremely accommodating to me when moving into the area from out of state. Right away, my dog and I felt right at home. This can be attributed to Amy Berg, the outstanding property manager here. She was able to help me find the perfect loft for me and it has been the best apartment I have ever lived in. The entire community is very welcoming, and right away we met some other dogs and friendly faces. We enjoy all of the dog parks and walking around the Auburn Station grounds, which are very well kept. All in all, Auburn Station is a special place to live, due to the beautiful historic building and the people who manage it. I could not recommend it more.

Auburn Station Apartments - Lofts & Flats. All Right Reserved.

My wife and I moved to Allentown for work, and have lived in a creek facing unit for two years.  We loved the loft layout, exposed brick, appliances and finishes of the building.  There is ample parking within the gates, large gated outdoor areas where we enjoyed nice weather, and a park across the street for walks and short runs. The building has a mix of people who are mostly younger working professionals.  The neighborhood is quiet and I have never had a safety concern. We're close to downtown, and also able to access amenities and major highways easily. The management is responsive and friendly, and though we've never had an emergency, they promptly answer emails and requests. They've resolved any routine maintenance efficiently and effectively, and are always checking in to see if there is anything they can do to help you. The building is beautiful itself, but many cosmetic changes over the past year have show a dedication to the building. Additionally, larger resident focused projects, like a community garden, turned out incredible, and I enjoyed spending the spring and summer outdoors.

I loved living at Auburn Station! The apartments have so much character with the original textile mill floors and exposed brick wall. There is also a very cool, industrial vibe with the exposed pipes and open concept. It made furnishing and decorating the space really fun and allowed me to be creative. Everyone who saw my place would also fall in love with it. It was the first apartment I've had that really felt like my home. I miss living there and if I ever find myself in the Lehigh Valley again, I'll be back at Auburn Station without a doubt.

As a previous single-family home renter for five years, one of the best things about living here is the upkeep and maintenance of the property.  As a pet-friendly facility, three dog runs are provided for roam free dog play.  In addition, Scott, Amy and staff tirelessly maintain the property all year long including winter where they are out salting, shoveling, and plowing the parking lot in preparation for the tenants to be able to leave for leisure or work.  They are extremely attentive to the needs of their tenants in terms of why we want to live within this community.

As a newlywed couple entering into a new city, we were seeking an apartment complex that fit several criteria. Auburn Station Apartments ultimately satisfied our taste and needs.  Several reasons we like living at Auburn Station Apartments:
Location: Auburn Station Apartments is a convenient location to pretty much all that Lehigh Valley has to offer. In every direction, there is easy access to highways, turnpikes, grocery stores, city life, and jobs. In addition, there is a park across the street along with several parks and trails in an easy two mile driving distance for outdoor activities.
Safety:  Coming into a new city, and working nightshift jobs, this gated, camera filled community, has kept us feeling safe at all times. There has not been one time that we or our belongings felt endangered. There was one instance where an intruder climbed over the fence and approached several cars to see if any were unlocked. Management immediately notified the police and all the residents and kept us all informed. Nothing was stolen or taken.
Amenities: Auburn Station Apartments provides easy stress free parking, along with dumpsters for waste removal. Heating and cooling is affordable-sometimes the heating bill for a winter month would be $80 dollars and summer months down to $40. The heat and air-conditioning are fully capable of keeping us comfortable in all seasons. In addition, snow removal is provided quickly for the entire apartment. After living here for 2 huge snow storms- 2ft of snow and 1.5ft of snow- we have both been able to leave during parts of the storm to get where we needed to go.
Management: Auburn Station management under Amy Berg is hard to compete with on all levels. She is friendly, reliable, knows her residents, and does exactly what she promises. Every time we have had to contact Amy, we have gotten a response within less than 24 hours and issues fixed within a day.  Amy is also creative and loves ideas, new programs, initiatives, or whatever else any resident likes to add to the community.
Artistic design: It has been a joy and pleasure to decorate, design, and show off our 3 level apartment loft. The uniqueness and open space construct of this apartment complex is very impressionable.  While Auburn Station Apartments excels in the above areas there are a few issues:
Storage: With no closets (or limited closet space depending on apartment choice) storage becomes difficult. We have had to become much more creative and buy more furniture to hang, store, and organize our belongings.
Sound: While voices cannot easily be heard from apartment to apartment, echoes on the floor (high heels, a dog running, vacuuming) can be heard from apartment to apartment. The wooden floor is continued from one apartment to the next which can cause certain sounds to travel on the floor.
No bedrooms: While coming to live in a loft open space concept, it is a given that there are no bedrooms. However, we have underestimated how difficult this can be on occasion. Sometimes it’s harder to have guests sleep over with a lack of privacy that a bedroom provides. Our guests all know what they are getting into and seem not to care, but then again, they are all good friends.
Overall, Auburn Station Apartments is a great apartment complex for people looking for an artistic, unique, safe and convenient community.  We do not regret living here.

It's a very nice place to live.  Thank you to all, past and present.

First and foremost, I would like to say that the management and staff are incredible!  If you have an issue with anything in your apartment, they are quick to respond and fix it A.S.A.P.  They are always friendly and say hi to you.  As far as the apartments go, they are simply amazing!  I love how they are open and so unique compared to your typical apartment.  I would highly recommend anyone to move into Auburn Station Apartments!

We love living at Auburn Station Apartments- every unit has a unique industrial style and carries so much history! The complex itself has a lot to offer including dog parks, a gazebo area, resident events, a community garden, and plenty of green space. The community feels very peaceful even though it's located right within the city of Allentown and I always feel very safe coming back at night due to the gated parking area and secure buildings. We have really enjoyed settling into our apartment and making it our home and definitely recommend the community to any people (and animals!) looking in the area.

We have lived at Auburn Station and it is definitely one of our favorites. Having pets, it can be tough to find the right fit, but Auburn Station has been perfect for our cat and dog. Whether in the dog runs or in the park across the street, it is extremely easy to take pets out for exercise. Amy is without a doubt the best property manager we have had in our renting experience. She is friendly, accessible, and promptly responds to any needs. Scott takes care of the majority of maintenance and landscaping, so the apartments and property get the care and involvement you can really only find with family management. In the summer and fall, we have enjoyed using the garden plots and lounging outside on property open space. There are grills and picnic table for all to use, making the property effectively your own private park. The location is right next to downtown, and is an easy drive for our commutes to work in Allentown and Bethlehem (living on the south side of town has the benefit of avoiding highway 22). We are often leaving at odd hours so the quick, convenient, and safe parking is great to have. All in all, we have had a great experience living here, and highly recommend it to any future tenants.

In all the apartment complexes I have lived I have never viewed one as my home until I moved into Auburn Station Apartments. The onsite management is by far the best I have ever experienced. They are not only accommodating and timely with their responses, they are also welcoming. This is the only place I've lived where if you pass the manager in the parking lot, she will know you by name, ask how your day is and actually care, and will remember for when you talk next. It is one of the greatest feelings to not just be considered a tenant or labeled as your apartment number, at Auburn Station you have a name and a story.

Auburn Station is a super place to live!  The apartments are very unique and absolutely beautiful-I especially love the tall windows and loft area.  Even though you are minutes from downtown Allentown, the spacious grounds make you feel as though you are living in a secluded countryside.  An important aspect of my apartment hunting involved the pet amenities-Auburn Station gets 5+ stars here!  There are 3 separate dog parks and Amy always says HI to my dog by name(and all the other dogs too)!  Amy and Scott do a great job of running the property and every time you turn around they have added something new; cool new pictures in the hallway or the community garden!  I love it here and am happy to call this home!

I have had the pleasure of calling Auburn Station Apartments, my home for 3 years.  Some of the many things I love about living here are; the gated parking area and the secure buildings; the ability to have my dogs and they have an area to run and play in the many dog parks on the property; the modern appliances and the clean and unique layout of the apartments; the management is very quick to respond to any requests that I may have.  I am actually on my second apartment in the property and love it!

"We lived at Auburn Station for one year.  Right away we could feel the community.  Everyone knows one another, and they are always willing to help.  While we were there, we made a few good friends.  It was really nice to be able to get together on a regular basis with multiple neighbors, sit around and grill and drink beer.  Its an awesome little community.  The buildings are so beautiful with as much of the original characteristics as they could possibly keep.  Between the exposed brick and the deep, tall windows, each place is unique in its own ways.  The management was always really friendly and helpful as well.  They catered to our needs without even having to ask, and always had our happiness in mind.  They even offered to assist with small things, like hanging shelves.  They were very readily available when I locked myself out and when I had a noise complaint.  When it came time to leave, they allowed us to extend our lease for the amount of time we needed and pro-rated our rent without any hassle.  It was truly a great place to live."

Having been a resident of Auburn Station for a year, I can honestly say that this has been one of my favorite apartments of all time!  The management and maintenance staff are always friendly, courteous and reply/resolve request and maintenance issues promptly.  The grounds and common areas are well maintained and clean.  With such a warm, welcoming, atmosphere, it's no wonder the longevity of residents remaining here - I know I plan to be one of them!

Absolutely amazing place.  From England and I can honestly say best decision I made.  Lived here for 5 years.  I loved every aspect of it.  My family and friends loved it.  Needless to say I wanted to buy my flat if I had a chance.  Wish I could take it with me to my next journey.  Cheers to you Auburn Station Loft for the best memories of my life yet.  Thank you Amy and my old landlord for everything. See you on TV...

Always enjoyed our time living at Auburn Station Apartments.  From the time we lived here they have changed management very smoothly and respond to issues very promptly.  Currently almost 5 years at current apartment and we are moving to another larger apartment at Auburn Station Apartments.  Looking forward to the move and know everything will be done smoothly.

"I lived in the Auburn Station Apartments for one year (2016) before moving in with my girlfriend. ASA was truly a wonderful experience from a renters standpoint. First off the lofts are well maintained and are cleaned/painted from head to toe before you move in and the common areas / grounds are always clean, well kept and visually pleasing.  If you're looking to experience the "city like loft living" thing, this is the place for you! I really loved the hardwood floors and the exposed brick and beams really gives this property such a cool, city feel! The property and maintenance managers (Amy and Scott) do a fantastic job and are always available to help you, 24/7/365. Their attention to detail and general concern for their tenants is unlike I have ever seen from any property management team, and this comes from someone who has lived in several apartment complexes and dealt with PM teams over the years during my time in Boston, MA and Austin, TX.  Their goal is to make your experience and time there a memorable one.  Had my girlfriend not had a house of her own to live in, we would both still be living there!  I highly recommend this property to anyone moving into the area, you wont be sorry!"

Resident's Testimonials (from 1 year to 12 years) ...

At first glance: an attractive, hip loft community nestled in a secluded and secure area, yet within close proximity to the re-emerging Downtown Allentown and the always quaint little town of Bethlehem - Upon further inspection: you come to learn that the shared grounds are not only beautiful, but are also well maintained throughout the year and include a community garden. Additionally, two fully fenced in dog runs make living at Auburn Station with your pooch an enjoyable experience for both you and your dog (which for me, was a top priority when choosing a potential place to live).  Personally, I am absolutely in love with my apartment. It is a good blend of contemporary and rustic charm-- from the exposed brick and original hardwood to the luxury conveniences of an updated kitchen and bath.  With all that said, what really makes Auburn Station Apartments special (in my view) is the staff; particularly the property manager, Amy Berg. Two noteworthy stories that I must share:

My dog occasionally gets mail addressed to her (if you met her, you would know why). Mail services questioned Amy on a piece of mail that was made out to my address because the name was different than my own. Without hesitation, Amy informed mail services that it was ok, that the name on that piece of mail was the name of my dog - so she’ll even remember your dog’s name!
The morning after a decent winter storm, I was out doing the ‘dreaded’ snow removal on and around my vehicle. At this point, the maintenance crews have already made several passes to clear the parking lot.  Off in the distance, I see someone with a snow blower heading directly towards me. It was Amy! Not only did she instantly prioritize my situation by using the snow blower around my vehicle; but, once cleared, she helped me completely clear off my car.  Because of her kind gesture, the formerly ‘dreaded’ snow removal process was not so bad after all!

It is rare to find it all. But, I can confidently say that Auburn Station doesn’t leave much more to be desired.
